Most matters that are not Criminal Law matters are determined by Civil Law Courts, it follows that this is the most all-encompassing field of Law and includes matters such as to name but a few - domestic violence, maintenance, delictual claims (damages claims), evictions, contract, the recovery of debts, divorce and most matters involved in business and family matters.
Since our clients are individuals (natural persons) or juristic entities existing within civil society, it logically follows therefrom that they shall encounter legal matters of a civil nature.
